Euro-City is often involved in private development work in London and the Home Counties. Thurloe Lodge is typical of the sort of Central London groundwork schemes we carry out, incorporating dismantling of the original property, underpinning and temporary support work to existing structures piling works and a top down basement construction followed on by a new RC frame for the proposed property.
Situated in Knightsbridge opposite the Victorian and Albert Museum London, the property (previously owned by Mayfair night club owner, Mark Birley) has been completely taken down with the exception of one side wall which was requested to remain by neighbours.
We have separated this wall from the rest of the structure, supported and underpinned it. The site is currently being piled before we create the new basement levels which will include an underground swimming pool.
We look forward to updating you on this project as it progresses through 2016.
